Hand-picked grapes at perfect phenolic ripeness.
After drying, the grapes are crushed and destemmed before maceration and fermentation for around 20 days at a controlled temperature of 20/24 °C.

Deep Ruby Red with a Garnet rim as it ages
Very complex, with aromas of red berry fruit like cherry and plum. Light balsamic and spicy notes with a hint of chocolate.
Full bodied, well structured, complex and balanced with a long finish.
It pairs well with stew and braised meat with polenta. Ideal with grilled red meat and mature cheese.
Uncork one hour before serving. Serve at 18-20 °C
