    Pressing and destemming of the grapes, followed by fermentation and maceration at a controlled temperature of 22/24°C for 10/15 days
  • Maturation
    The wine matures in 5-20-hectolitre French and American oak barrels for 6/10 months

    Deep bright red

    Ripe red fruit, mostly cherries, spicy hints and a light note of cocoa
  • Taste
    The fruity aroma on the nose is confirmed on the palate, accompanied by hints of liquorice. Long and persistent in the finale
