    Soft pressing with destemming and successive fermentation with maceration at 20/24 °C. Soft pressing The resultant Valpolicella Superiore wine is repassed on the Amarone skins at the end of December
  • Maturation
    The wine matures in 5 hectolitre, French and American oak barrels for a period of 12 months
  • Colour
    Deep red with light garnet highlights on ageing
  • Aromas
    High concentration of fruits and sweet spices such as vanilla and cocoa, ending with balsamic notes
  • Taste
    Pleasurable hints of ripe fruit, accompanied by spices and vanilla, followed by soft tannins that make the finale pleasurable and lengthy
