    Selected grapes harvested by hand in Plateaux at the beginning of October. After drying according to tradition, the grapes are destemmed and pressed before fermentation with maceration for about 20 days

    French oak barrels for 12 to 18 months

    Deep ruby red with garnet hints

    Overripe red fruits aromas,spicesandtoasting
  • Taste
    Balanced on the palate thanks to the alcohol content and fine tannins. Very pleasant to drink

    Uncork one hour before drinking. Serve at 18-20°C
