    Fresh grapes picked by hand in the production area of Peschiera del Garda
  • Vinification
    Cryomaceration for 8-12 hours, then soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature of between 16-18° C
  • Maturation
    In oak barrels for 3 - 6 months
  • Colour
    Golden yellow with greenish shades
  • Aromas
    Bouquet with light floral notes and hints of tropical fruits, a slightly spicy aroma and a touch of toasted almonds
  • Taste
    Fresh, full-bodied, with a very nice sapidity and minerality
  • Temperature
    Open 10/15 min. before serving. Serve fresh at 10-12° C
