CASA VITIVINICOLA TINAZZI
A FAMILY OF FINE ITALIAN WINES
Family owned and operated since its founding by patriarch Eugenio Tinazzi in 1968, Italy's Casa Vitivinicola Tinazzi is a producer par excellence, creating wines of international acclaim from meticulously farmed estate vineyards in the historic regions of Veneto, in northeast Italy, and sunny Apulia, in the heel of the boot.
Today each and every Tinazzi wine is shepherded from grape to bottle by Eugenio's son, Gian Andrea, and grandchildren Giorgio and Francesca. Together with winemaker Giuseppe Gallo, they oversee the company's modern winemaking headquarters at Cantine Tinazzi, in Lazise, and beyond.
IN THE VENETO
In Veneto's Bardolino Classico, near Lake Garda, vines at the family's Tenuta Valleselle estate provide the autochthonous Corvina grape, which forms the heart of the Ca' de' Rocchi Campo delle Rose Bardolinono Chiaretto, a fresh, lively rose with intense aromas of wild cherries and raspberries. Its sibling Ca' de' Rocchi Monterè Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso is a balanced red offering red fruit flavors, enriched with hints of prune, spice and balsamic. Nearby in Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella, the Tinazzis' newest estate Poderi Campopian is undergoing a complete makeover of its vineyards, while a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to Amarone andValpollicella Ripasso came online in 2015.
In the beautiful southern reaches of Apulia, Tinazzi champions local grapes to create reds such as the oakaged Cantine San Giorgio Diodoro Primitivo di Manduria, and international varieties with the Feudo di Santa Croce Montease Chardonnay, featuring bright tropical fruit, apple and floral character.
Casa Vitivinicola Tinazzi welcomes you to its estates for a true Italian experience. We share with wine and food lovers the life of the winer, its spaces, the passion of the people who live here - this is Tinazzi family hospitality. Visitors can discover not only our wines, but also the pleasures of cooking, friendship and conviviality. We offer many activities in our locations from Veneto to Apulia.

FEUDO DI SANTA CROCE PRIMITIVO DI MANDURIA LXXIV 2010
A burly, brambly red, underscored by tarry smoke and underbrush notes, offering flavors of blackberry coulis, herb-marinated black olive, grilled mushroom and ground spice. This shows muscle that recommends it to short-term cellaring, made accessible by integration and balance. Drink now through 2024. Tasted twice, with consistent notes. #69 – 91 points
