Negroamaro grapes from the areas near Taranto and Brindisi
Cold maceration for 12-24 hours, then gentle pressing and fermentation at 14-16°C for around 10/15. Maturation in stainless steel vats.
Persistent notes of cherry and pomegranate with delicate floreal hints.
Fresh, round and balanced with a long, fruity finish.
Recommended with light starters and grilled fish.
Serve at 9-10°C
