Gentle crushing with destemming and then fermentation with maceration at 20/24°C. Gentle pressing. The wine obtained is passed over the skins of Amarone.
Deep ruby red
Fruity bouquet with notes of liquorice, toasting and hints of spices.
Rich and intense on the palate, persistent in the finale.
It pairs well with autumnal risottos, mushrooms and red meat.
Serve at 18-20°C.
