Exposed vineyards of the Valpolicella Classica area
Grapes selected and harvested by hand at the start of October. After drying according tradition, the grapes are pressed and destemmed before maceration with fermentation for around 20 days.
Deep ruby red with garnet highlights
Aromas of ripe and dried fruit, spices and a toasty finish.
Balanced on the palate thanks to the alcohol content and fine tannins. Very pleasant to drink.
It pairs well with stew and braised meat as well as mature cheese.
Uncork one hour before drinking. Serve at 18-20°C.
