    95% Corvina and Corvinone, 5% Rondinella

  • Vinification
    Harvested grapes by hand in Plateaux, at the achievement of the perfect phenolic maturation. After about 90 days of drying, the grapes are pressed. After cold maceration for 2-3 days, alcoholic fermentation starts at a temperature of 18-20°C for 14-18 days.

    French oak barrels for 12 to 18 months
  • Colour
    Deep ruby red with light garnet hues
  • Aromas
    Aromas of overripe fruit and cherries in alcohol combine with notes of spices and roasting to produce a bouquet of great complexity
  • Taste
    Excellent balance and volume in the mouth due to the alcohol content and refined tannins. Very pleasant to drink
  • Temperature
    Uncork one hour before drinking. Serve at 18-20°C
