- Vinification
- Harvested grapes by hand in Plateaux, at the achievement of the perfect phenolic maturation. After about 90 days of drying, the grapes are pressed. After cold maceration for 2-3 days, alcoholic fermentation starts at a temperature of 18-20°C for 14-18 days.

- Deep ruby red with light garnet hues

- Aromas of overripe fruit and cherries in alcohol combine with notes of spices and roasting to produce a bouquet of great complexity
