    90% Garganega – 10% Chardonnay
  • Vineyards
    From selected vineyards in the province of Verona, characterized by hilly terrains of morainic and volcanic origin
  • Vinification
    Fresh grapes are hand-picked with a careful selection of clusters at optimal ripeness. The grapes are then placed to wither in crates (plateau) for 3 to 4 months. Crushing and destemming of the grapes at the end of January, followed by maceration for approximately 10–15 days.pdf]. This is followed by pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature.
  • Maturation
    The wine matures in Slavonian oak barrels (sizes of 5, 10, and 20 hl) for a period of 12 months
  • Colour
    Golden yellow
  • Aromas
    Fruity bouquet with hints of white flowers and dried fruit
  • Taste
    Sweet, enveloping, and persistent on the palate, featuring a slightly bitter finish reminiscent of almonds
  • Temperature
    Serve cool, but not cold, at 14/15°C
  • Alcohol
    13,5%
