Enjoy a hands-on experience in a unique location, sipping a glass of wine – Tinazzi’s cooking classes are back.
The cookery course is held in our Tenuta Valleselle in Bardolino, on the hills overlooking Lake Garda surrounded by 16 hectares of vineyards and olive groves.
Together with local professional chefs and wearing the Tinazzi apron, you can choose among three menus that can be customised based on your requirements and needs.
Under their careful guidance, you will learn to choose seasonal products, make the dough, roll it out and prepare homemade pasta, cook traditional recipes and discover the secrets of the trade.
Once everything is ready and after a tour of the vineyard, the most-awaited moment will arrive: you can enjoy the dishes you made paired with a selection of our wines.
Cooking together is an experience that can be enjoyed with your partner, with friends or with a group of colleagues as a Team Building activity.

The course involves the preparation of typical Italian dishes from the Lake Garda area, starting with a tartlet as an entrée, followed by filled pasta, a second course featuring fish from the lake, and typical local biscuits. The meal is accompanied by four of our local wines.
