Let us start from the colour: a deep and bright ruby red. Very elegant, harmonious nose. It is a red wine with a medium structure with hints of red fruit, rose and spicy notes. There are also tertiary aromas conveyed by a short ageing period of 3-4 months in French and American oak barrels.
The palate is once again harmonious and elegant. It pairs perfectly with white meat dishes such as for example chicken or turkey.
