    90% Corvina e Corvinone, 10% Rondinella
  • Vineyards
    Selected vineyards in a hilly area at 150-300 metres above sea level in classic Valpolicella
  • Vinification
    Withering until December; pressing and destemming of the grapes with maceration and fermentation for 15/20 days
  • Maturation
    The wine matures in 5-20-40-hectolitre French and American oak barrels for 12/16 months
  • Colour
    Intense, deep red
  • Aromas
    Elegant, with hints of mature red fruit, especially cherries and marasca cherries. Spicy hints and a finale of chocolate and liquorice
  • Taste
    A wine of great structure and elegance, with the right balance between tannicity and softness
  • Temperature
    Serve at room temperature around 18-20°C. Uncork at least an hour before serving
