  • Vineyards
    The grapes come from suitable vineyards in the denomination area. Grapes are harvested between the second and the third decade of September when ripeness reaches the right balance between sugar and acidity
  • Vinification
    The grapes are crushed and destemmed and immediately sent to the press. Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 16-18 °C for about 10-12 days

    Light pink
  • Aromas
    Intense aroma of red fruit, especially raspberries and cherries with light floreal hints
  • Taste
    Soft, fresh and lively. A long finale
  • Temperature
    A wine that should be drunk young at a temperature of 9-10°C to fully appreciate the freshness
