- After withering in the larder until December, the grapes are pressed and destemmed before maceration with fermentation for around 15/20 days at a controlled temperature of 19/22° C

- The wine matures in French and American oak barrels (20-40 hectolitres) for 12/18 months

- Intense red with garnet hues on maturation

- Aromas
- Strong notes of cherry jam are combined with the typical notes of dried fruit to create a large and complex boquet, enriched with sweet spicy notes such as licorice and vanilla

- A wine with remarkable structure while maintaining excellent balance between the tannins and softness

- Uncork an hour before serving. Temperature 18-20° C
